„One cannot not communicate.“

(Paul Watzlawick, communications expert and philosopher)

Every tourism offering speaks for itself. In the best case, positively.

Staging

Planning experiences.

We create the full staging concept for the new experience, that you want to offer tourists. This includes the dramaturgy, the spatial concept, the visitor flow concept and, depending on the project, a preliminary draft for the open spaces. During the entire process, we always keep an eye on the customer journey – the overall “journey of the guests through the tourism service”.

Using the persona method, we create fictitious guests and vividly “act” out their needs and expectations towards the new offerings. This leads to a strong focus on concrete groups of guests. The staging concept is derived from the opportunities and the phenomena we discover on location, as well as from the needs of the future guests.

During this project phase, we also support our clients in determining the possibilities of receiving public funding for the project and in submitting funding proposals. We clarify the legal conditions and create a rough cost estimate as well as a time schedule for your project. During the concept phase, we maintain a strong focus on the realization.

In developing our staging concepts, we are committed to a sustainable and respectful use of the landscape and the natural resources. We follow a holistic approach, involving the regional stakeholders through intensive interaction, and with a strong appreciation of the regional identity. And we develop communication at eye level – with your future guests.

Services provided during this project phase include: dramaturgy – service design concept – spatial program – preliminary draft for open spaces – communication tactics – cost estimates – project management

Complex and large-scale assignments are handled in cooperation with specialized project partners from various fields of expertise.
